Our Story

Navigating egg donation and gestational surrogacy can be a daunting and frustrating journey—on both sides. Eloise Drane’s passion is to change that narrative by bringing compassion, intentionality, and empowerment to the process of building a family. Founder of Family Inceptions—a “boutique style” family planning agency specializing in surrogacy and egg donation—she considers it more than a business, but rather, a calling and she strives to be a blessing to the lives of people she meets each day. In addition to her professional expertise, Eloise has personal experience as an egg donor and surrogate, allowing her to enhance their noteworthy solutions with a unique level of empathy.

  • Client Care Coordinator

    Location: Norcross, GA
    Part-time with opportunity for full-time


    Position Overview
    The Client Care Coordinator will successfully execute and manage all aspects of Family Inceptions' client onboarding experience for gestational surrogates and egg donors.


    General Responsibilities

    • Provide information to potential candidates regarding the surrogacy or egg donor process, medical procedures, compensation, requirements and answer questions.

    • Review profiles, assess suitability of each candidate, and provide information to potential candidates regarding the surrogacy or egg donor process, medical procedures, compensation, requirements and answer questions.

    • Responsible for the intake, recruiting and assessment of potential egg donors and gestational surrogates.

    • Complete background checks, schedule psychological evaluation, home assessments, medical records review, and references. Accurately prepare, process, all surrogate onboarding paperwork.

    • Ensure agency procedures are followed and assists to ensure the cycle is running smoothly and efficiently.

    • Conduct interviews either in-person or video and discuss candidates medical, mental health and lifestyle history.

    • Coordinate surrogacy/egg donor forecast plans, a surrogacy/egg donor attraction strategy, sourcing, selecting and onboarding all valued gestational surrogates/egg donors.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree

    • At least 2-4 years of professional work experience in a client centric environment, family planning, customer service and/or other administrative role that balances executing tasks with high-touch service.

    • High level organizational skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently as a team member.

    • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal skills, present information and strong ability to communicate across all mediums (in person, via phone, social media, and email).

    • Intermediate MS Office Skills: Outlook, Word Excel, PowerPoint (ability to create presentations with graphs and charts.

    • Ability to establish authority and set appropriate boundaries and expectations (i.e., capacity to balance simultaneously friendliness and professionalism, or offer compassion while maintaining professional detachment).

    • Ability to work with a diverse population to include people of different races, sexual orientation and religion.

    • Flexible with work schedules and adapts really well to changes on-the-go.

    • Preference for a candidate who has experience in fertility and reproductive planning, an understanding of the fertility industry, and working knowledge of related psychosocial issues.

    • Ability to travel overnight as need, locally or out-of-state (10%).

  • Client Care Manager

    Location: Norcross, GA


    Position Overview
    The Client Care Specialist will successfully execute and managing all aspects of Family Inceptions' client experience including but not limited to being a liaison between surrogates/egg donors, intended parents, clinics, mental health professionals, legal team, insurance agents, escrow agent, other doctors' offices and hospitals and ensuring company compliance with operating procedures and coordinating a successful client experience.


    General Responsibilities

    • Recruit suitable gestational surrogate and egg donors that match intended parent’s criteria.

    • Schedule appointments for medical screenings as well as travel arrangements (if applicable).

    • Responsible for making sure company procedures are followed and assists to ensure the cycle is running smoothly and efficiently.

    • Liaison for legal matters (attorneys, IPs, GC or ED) and ensure all parties are provided the information needed to complete legal matters in a timely fashion.

    • Coordinate directly with clinic/monitoring clinic and maintain up to date status of cycle plans/timeline. Assist with the transition from clinic to OB. Work with the FII team to execute various operational needs and coordinate with escrow agency.

    • Conduct pregnancy completion counseling sessions with surrogate after pregnancy has ended.

    • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns and determines appropriate course of action, referral, response, and priority of importance.

    • Build internal and external relationships crucial to the success of the organization.

    • Assist with surrogacy/egg donor forecast plan, a surrogacy/egg donor attraction strategy, sourcing, selecting and onboarding all valued gestational surrogates/egg donors.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Social Work(LCSW), Nursing(RN)).

    • At least 2-4 years of professional work experience in a client centric environment, family planning, customer service and/or other administrative role that balances executing tasks with high-touch service.

    • Exceptional, high functioning communicator both written and verbal skills, strong ability to communicate with passion and style across all mediums (in person, via phone, social media, and written communication/email).

    • Intermediate MS Office Skills: Outlook, Word Excel, PowerPoint (ability to create presentations with graphs and charts.

    • Ability to travel overnight as need, locally or out-of-state (10%).

    • Preference for a candidate who has experience in fertility and reproductive planning, an understanding of the fertility industry, and working knowledge of related psychosocial issues.
